For boys 13-18 years of age, a six day overnight training session July 25- July 30.
A training program specialized for receivers, running backs, quarterbacks, tight ends, line-backers, and defensive backs to increase speed and flexibility, and improve receiving skills.
Campers will receive the latest drills and techniques used by professional and division one collegiate football and track programs.
RECEIVING The morning session will concentrate on receiving drills. You will train using the best tips and techniques on catching, running patterns, cutting and basic fundamentals. On average you will catch 300 balls per day.
SPEED The afternoon session will focus purely on speed and power building. You will train using the same speed drills and techniques that professional and Olympic sprinters use and learn how to apply them to your workout year round.
FLEXIBILITY You will work on flexibility and stretching techniques a cumulative two hours per day in half-hour increments, before and after both training sessions.
*Campers are recommended to do at least two weeks of light training before entering camp..
