The Ron Burton Training Village Program is a reflection of the man who built it, lived it, and passed it on. Ron Burton Sr., had a dream to create a village where kids could come to train and attain personal growth. This year-round training program is strategically designed to develop and strengthen our youth, (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically) so they are fully equipped to overcome challenges and excel in life.
Even as a number one NFL draft choice and the first ever draft pick of the New England Patriots, Ron, Sr., understood it was his faith, integrity, and hard work that helped him succeed even more than his physical training. For this reason, our program leans heavily on character, leadership, and academics.
We are big on love and we are big on family. Every child that enters the village becomes a part of the RBTV family.
A free, year-long, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) enrichment program for girls entering 6th - 12th grade in the fall of 2020. Each year, students will explore a real-world STEM-based topic and work alongside STEM professionals and corporate and collegiate partners to complete a hands-on research project. Students will meet (online or in-person), once a month for topic related field trips and over the summer, come together at the Ron Burton Training Village, in Hubbardston, MA, to work in teams to complete a final capstone project. The mission of the Ron Burton Training Village is to enrich the lives of challenged youth in the areas of dynamic character and leadership development, physical fitness, social and educational advancement, and spiritual growth.
Our vision is to be an organization that supports the development of the entire human being.
We equip young people with the skills, resources, and attitude to make winning decisions in life. Our programs are designed to build the core values of love, peace, patience, and humility.
The Boston Red Sox and the Ron Burton Training Village have joined forces to create an exciting youth outreach program which affords the opportunity for young boys and girls to attend a fellowship retreat. This retreat weekend is designed to teach and motivate children to be exceptional human beings not only in their homes and schools but also in their communities.
