Please follow the instructions below to complete and submit the required forms for the Leadership Journey OR STEM Journey. Inability to meet the deadlines listed below will jeopardize your spot in your respective program.
Step 1. Complete the following online form immediately. The Villager and parent/guardian should both be present in order to submit the form with appropriate signatures.
Participant Information *Failure to complete this form in a timely manner may result in your disenrollment from the program.
Step 2. Please download and complete the Registration Packet.
Step 3. Upon completion, make a copy of your registration packet for your records and mail Registration Packet from Step 2 (including all required signatures) and postmark no later than March 25th:

Note: Villagers traveling from other states are responsible for their own transportation to and from area airports.
