Jason Arigoni

VP - Field Merchandising, The Home Depot

Jason is an established leader in corporate, non-profit and entrepreneurial environments, allowing him to
bring a well-rounded and dynamic point of view. He currently serves as the Vice President – Field
Merchandising for The Home Depot; the largest home improvement retailer in the world. In his current
role, he is responsible for localizing the national merchandising strategy to the local market, owning the
strategy and execution of the company’s response to natural and manmade disasters, store planning, capital
projects, merchandising maintenance, and the execution and relationship management of large scope
capital projects. He has an established reputation in strategic planning and execution, innovation and
talent development. Prior to The Home Depot, Jason held several leadership roles at Target, the second
largest discount retailer in the United States, and Winn-Dixie Stores Inc., one the nation’s largest food
retailers.
Jason currently serves on the Executive Board of Advisors for the Ron Burton Training Village, where the
mission is to equip young people with the skills, resources, and attitude to make winning decisions in life.
Jason helps guide the long-term strategy of the organization focused on the core values of love, peace,
patience, and humility. Previously, Jason served as a founding board member for the Tampa Bay Network
to End Hunger, where the group worked across several non-profits to maximize the impact on hunger
throughout the region. This experience was coupled with Jason’s involvement on the Advisory Board for
Feeding America -Tampa, where he helped organize retailers to a common goal of ending hunger. In
addition to his commitment to fighting hunger, he has also held several leadership roles within the
American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, including Event Chair. As Event Chair, he was able to take an
underperforming event and turn it around within the first year to the number one corporate sponsored event
in the southern U.S. and the most improved total fundraising event within the region. He has also
supported veteran’s cause through his role as Co-Chair for the Veterans Inc Military Gala, where his
leadership secured financial stability for an organization that is focused on helping veterans regain control
of their lives so that we can eliminate homelessness among veterans.
Jason has also shown success in several entrepreneurial endeavors, spanning from property management to
fitness centers, plus several others. Jason is the co-owner of POOLfection pool service that is a growth
stage company in Tampa, FL disrupting the highly fragmented pool service industry through implementing
cutting edge technology and customer relationship management. Jason was also the founder of Blend
Fitness, a 24-hour wellness spa and fitness center, located just north of Tampa, FL. Blend Fitness was
recognized as the “Best Fitness Center” in Lutz, FL by Patch.com and was a vibrant participant in the local
community.
Jason is a passionate leader that is inspired by continuous improvement, making an impact on the lives of
others and providing opportunities that allow others to achieve their aspirations.
Jason and his wife Lina are proud parents to their daughter Gulianna (9) and their son Enzo (2). The
currently reside in Woodstock, GA.
