Marcell is a graduate of Liberty University, where he gained his Bachelors and Masters in Education. Marcell’s professional career began as an Athletic Director for a non profit in Virginia. It was during this season of his career where his passion to engage, educate, and empower youth was cultivated.
After spending 2 years in the non profit world, Marcell transitioned to Education and became a Physical Education Teacher. Within the classroom, Marcell sharpened his skills as a communicator, grew as a mentor, and developed leadership skills that served students and staff both innovatively and meaningfully.
Along with a 12 year tenure in Education, Marcell spent 3 years in ministry as a Family Pastor in Michigan.
While Marcell has had the privilege to serve in multifaceted roles prior to RBTV and in key roles specific to RBTV…ie Retreats Program Manager for 2 years and Boys Cohort Program Manager for 1 and a half years, what excites Marcell about serving as RBTV’s Program Director is the opportunity to advance the reach and impact of RBTV and to carry on the rich legacy of its mission to the next generation.
