Michael Salafia was born in Pittsfield, MA, and grew up in Framingham, MA, where he laid the foundation for a diverse and impactful career. He attended St. Bridget School and Marian High School, where his involvement in sports and Boy Scouts led him to achieve the Eagle Scout rank. Michael also participated in the Ron Burton Training Village during high school and college, a testament to his commitment to personal development and community service.

Michael pursued higher education at Dean College in Franklin, MA, which set the stage for his multifaceted career. He began his professional journey as a Campus Police Officer at Regis College in Weston, MA, and later at Saint Anselm College. His dedication to service was evident in these roles, as he worked to ensure the safety and well-being of campus communities.

Transitioning from law enforcement, Michael ventured into Information Technology, gaining experience with various companies and the General Services Administration. His career continued to evolve as he took on the role of Operations Manager for an Amazon Delivery Service Provider in Orange, CT.

Michael serves as an Operations Specialist for the Ron Burton Training Village in Hubbardston, MA, where he combines his operational expertise with his passion for community and youth development.

Outside of his professional life, Michael is a devoted family man. He is married to Jenn and a proud father to their son, Jack. His diverse career and unwavering commitment to service reflect his dedication to his community and personal growth.
