Oscar Alvarez

Oscar is a graduate of Stonehill College, where he gained his Bachelors in Spanish and Criminology. He also graduated from Anna Maria College with a Masters in Public Administration. Oscar has served as a Firefighter for the City of Framingham for 11 years where he serves the community that he grew up in. Oscar was born in Puerto Rico and lived there for five years before moving to Framingham, Massachusetts.

Oscar was also commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force in January 2021. He is a chaplain candidate pursuing a Masters of Divinity in Chaplaincy and he is set to graduate in May 2025. Through this process, Oscar is growing in his skills as a servant leader and communicator to the Airmen and their families.

Oscar spent 11 summers as a camper/Huddle leader/Senior Staff member at RBTV from 2000-2011 and is forever grateful for all he has received from the Village. He is happy to serve and give back wherever he can to continue the impact and legacy of RBTV. He is involved as a youth leader in his church and loves to be a part of young people’s lives.
